to the Help page.
This
page will hopefully walk you through this website's features and
answer any questions you may have.
It's a little different to
the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page as this will only be
about the website and it's features.
The
Basics
If
you are not familiar with how the web works basically we will
have a menu on the left and information on the right.
This
site is set up so that most of the options you need to access are
available by left clicking on the word once.
It will open up a
new page with hopefully the information you need.
Why
are there underlined blue words in most of the pages?
Depending
on how your web browser is set up, you should notice blue words
with lines underneath. This means that they are a link to another
page or a document you can download. To use these links all you
need to do is click once on the underlined word with the left
mouse button.
Do
you need a printed version?
You
will find it easiest to print out a PDF version of a document you
need.
What's
a PDF?
A
PDF (Portable Document Format) is an easy way to download and
print out documents. Generally a PDF can be downloaded and
printed on most computers. All you need is a PDF viewer. Click
here to download the free
PDF
viewer.
Once it's installed then all you need to do is find a
link to the document you are looking for in this
website.
Normally link to the document will be in blue and
underlined. Just click once on the link and it should begin to
download. Once it's downloaded then the free PDF reader should
automatically load with the document you need. Then you can print
it from there.
Something
doesn't work!
Please
let us know if something is not working. Please go to the contact
page and email us with the page you were using and the thing you
tried to do the didn't work. Thanks so much for your help.
Why
are there little menu options under the big menu options?
We
have included some direct links to some documents you can
download on the website. This has been done to save time for
those people who know what they are looking for. Once you get
used to how this site works and the documents you need you may
wish to use them as well.
